Evaluation: Aptitudes
Aptitudes are a more serious matter. Interests are known to change through time and
with experience and exposure. Aptitudes, however, may be slower to change.
With that in mind, take a look at some of our
suggested aptitude tests.
These tests are not as easily found free on the web.
- O*Net Career Exploration Tools
The Occupational Information Network, the nation's primary source of occupational information,
has developed a set of self-directed career exploration/assessment tools to help students and workers consider and plan career options.
Users of the tools may link to the more than 900 occupations described by the O*NET database.
- The Johnson O'Conner test battery
